As specified since the very beginning of this EuP preparatory study, the definition of policy options remains a prerogative of the European Commission. Stakeholders are therefore invited to refer to DG TREN officials for presenting any feedback or position on this Lot policy proposals, while any comment about the technical content of Subtasks 7.1-7.5 can be addressed to us.

Task5 - final draft - the main upgrading concerns the updating of the subtask 5.1 (definition of the base case) and the re-editing and completion of the Base Case environmental analysis.
